Who We Are

We are a team of CPAs, attorneys, tax experts, and M&A consultants that have decades of experience in dental mergers and acquisitions. Our team prides ourselves in our presale analysis in order to provide 3 key functions in any M&A transaction:
1. Proper evaluation techniques that will withstand scrutiny from buyer’s due diligence. See our page on the value in preparing a sell side quality of earnings statement.
2. Finding the right partner that fits the seller’s short and long term goals. Sellers without representation often times like to auction off their practice to the highest bidder. If that is the only goal for a seller we would consider this but that is usually not the case. There are often structures and equity partners that offer a much higher return in the long term.
3. Communicating and negotiating effectively to bolster a healthy, long term relationship between two future partners in the buyer and seller. Having a consultant in your corner who will play “bad cop” during negotiations on your behalf eliminates any resentment between the buyer and seller once the transaction is closed.
